Description of Services Offered:

Reliable Mobile Notary Services provides Notary and Certified Loan signing services to Sacramento County.  This includes:  Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, Elk Grove, Antelope, North Highlands, Folsom, Orangevale, Fair Oaks and Carmichael.

Basic Signing is $10.00/per signature + travel fees.

Loan signings are negotiated on a case by case basis and travel fees will apply. 

Must have one of the following forms of ID:

• CA ID card or CADL issued within the last 5 years
• US passport
• Foreign passport with INS stamp
• A Driver's License or ID card from another US state
• A US Military ID card
• Mexican or Canadian Driver's License

(the above listed ID's must contain a photo, identifying number, physical description and signature)

**If it is discovered that there is no acceptable ID available at the time of appointment the appointment will be cancelled and travel fees will still be assessed.**
